Jo, our social worker, is leaving us.

It’s with a heavy heart that we announce Jo, our beloved social worker, will be leaving us this week.

Jo has been an invaluable part of the LHC team since 2019, and her dedication to supporting our patients has made a lasting impact on so many lives. She’s touched the hearts of both our patients and staff with her compassion, empathy, and tireless work.

Jo’s contributions have been truly incredible, and she will be greatly missed by all of us here at LHC. While we are sad to see her go, we wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors.
